NOOTER is seeking a Director of Scheduling to lead enterprise-wide scheduling across industrial, manufacturing, technology, and capital construction projects. You will drive scheduling excellence, develop high-performing teams, and provide executives with critical insights into project performance, resource planning, forecasting, schedule risk, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading schedulers or project controls professionals.
• Experience managing schedules for complex industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale projects.
• Experience managing scheduling processes across multiple projects or programs.
• Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling, forecasting, and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction execution and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to present schedule performance and risks to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's scheduling function across projects and portfolios.
• Collaborate with Operations, PM, Engineering, Estimating, Construction, and Project Controls leaders.
• Provide executive-level schedule analysis, forecasting, resource planning, and portfolio reporting.
• Develop and maintain complex project schedules and schedules governance.
• Mentor and develop scheduling professionals and drive continuous improvement.
