Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial and capital projects. You will work with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery and safe execution.

You will use Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools to analyze schedule performance, track progress, update milestones, and communicate status to management and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling or related functions.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling software.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling understanding and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial and capital projects.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify critical path activities and risks.
• Track progress, update milestone dates, and incorporate changes into forecasts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating schedule status to management and clients.
