Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial projects. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field operations to drive on-time delivery and safe execution.

You will use Primavera P6 to analyze schedule performance, update milestones, forecast progress, and communicate schedule status to management and clients, helping identify risks and recovery plans for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, construction planning, or related functions.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling software.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating baseline project schedules.
• Experience collaborating with project teams, field supervision, and project controls personnel.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial and capital projects.
• Analyze schedule performance and track project progress.
• Update milestone dates and identify risks impacting execution.
• Gather progress updates and incorporate scope changes into forecasts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating schedule status to management and clients.
