Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial and capital projects. You will partner with project managers, field operations, and leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule, safely, and within scope.

Using Primavera P6 and other tools, you will forecast, track progress, update milestones, and communicate schedule status to management and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, scheduling controls, or related functions.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling software.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret project drawings, documents, and specifications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial projects.
• Analyze schedule performance and critical path activities.
• Update milestone dates and track progress with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating schedule status to management and clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and leadership.
• Suggest recovery plans and sequencing improvements.
