Job summary

Moog seeks a Program Management Director to lead the PM function across the Power and Data Division, driving consistency in processes, tools, and best practices to ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and performance commitments for Moog and its customers.

The role focuses on developing functional strategies, mentoring senior leaders, monitoring performance, and positioning PM as a driver of revenue growth and operating profit across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership capability within Program Management.
• Experience leading within a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated competency managing government and commercial contract types using recognized industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Program Management function across multiple Power and Data Division businesses.
• Establish program baselines to meet margin targets.
• Develop and implement improved PM processes, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor senior PM leadership and manage executive-level customer relationships.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards to monitor PM effectiveness.
• Review underperforming programs and drive recovery plans.
