Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex multi-project transformations.
• 3+ years in people leadership or coaching to develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, and SAFe.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Experience with change management initiatives.
• Proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Systems thinking and organizational planning; experience with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to deliver benefits and align with objectives.
• Provide centralized governance across programs by enforcing methodology, budget controls, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to align priorities and achieve goals.
• Integrate and oversee change management activities, including communications and training.
• Forecast, track, and report program financial performance and resource utilization.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize resources to support execution and delivery.
• Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts.
• Consolidate program updates, KPIs, risks, and financial results for leadership reporting.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
