Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or science required or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of program management experience with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Proven ability to develop functional strategies, establish best practices, and implement large-scale processes.
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization with collaboration and influence skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent and demonstrated competency with industry standards for managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and oversee the implementation of functional strategies and objectives for program management across the Power and Data Division.
• Lead the program management function for multiple Power and Data Division businesses, including direct leadership of program management personnel.
• Establish program baselines to ensure execution meets margin targets.
• Identify, develop, and implement improved program management processes, tools, and best practices across units.
• Build and mentor senior program management leadership with required competencies and behaviors.
• Create performance metrics, dashboards, and tools to monitor program management effectiveness.
• Review underperforming programs and oversee recovery execution with leadership.
• Position program management as a growth enabler for revenue and operating profit.
