Job summary

Spreetail seeks a Director of Procurement to own and optimize multi-site spend across eight fulfillment centers. You’ll drive end-to-end sourcing strategies, negotiate major vendor contracts, and implement lean inventory and scheduling processes.

This role focuses on cost reductions, supplier accountability, and cross-functional leadership. You will manage large-scale spend, coordinate with Finance and Operations, and lead strategic cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong supplier

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing $25M+ in addressable spend.
• Proven track record with pallets/corrugate and packaging.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor rationalization skills.
• Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) integration.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement spend across 8 fulfillment center locations.
• Lead Q1 2027 pallet RFP across primary partners to secure pallets and corrugate.
• Establish S&OP-driven pallet demand forecasts and credit recovery programs.
• Lead on-site non-inventory hourly teams and implement lean kanban staging.
• Negotiate master service agreements and consolidate vendors for business services.
• Deliver monthly savings scorecard KPIs to executive leadership.
