Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for eight fulfillment centers, driving commercial negotiations and cost savings across packaging, services, and facility needs.

You will guide on-site hourly teams, implement lean Kanban and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and carriers, while owning systems and governance for procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement strategy for 8 fulfillment center locations across the network.
• Lead strategic RFPs, drive cost savings, and ensure vendor accountability.
• Direct on-site hourly teams, design lean Kanban staging to reduce downtime.
• Negotiate master service agreements, consolidate vendors, enforce SLAs across services.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and approval workflows; report KPIs.
