Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Director of Procurement to own $25M+ in annual addressable spend across eight fulfillment centers. You will drive end-to-end sourcing strategies, negotiate with top vendors, and build governance across Finance, Operations, and carriers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience managing large spend in fulfillment, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record negotiating complex terms for pallets, corrugate, and services.
• Experience driving S&OP-aligned procurement and reducing stockouts.

Responsibilities

• Own $25M+ addressable spend across eight FCs; lead end-to-end sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate master service agreements and consolidate vendors for efficiency.
• Drive cost savings, vendor accountability and SLA governance.
• Lead on-site hourly teams; implement lean kanban to reduce downtime.
• Develop and operationalize pallet return/regrade programs with carriers.
• Deliver monthly savings scorecards to executive leadership.
