Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing and cost optimization for ~ $29M in annual spend across eight fulfillment centers. You will guide packaging, pallets, corrugate, business services, and facilities supplies while negotiating terms and driving vendor accountability.

You will also oversee on-site hourly teams, build inventory controls, and align Finance, Operations, and carriers through cross-functional collaboration to deliver monthly savings and strong

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing in fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
Experience running RFPs and negotiating complex terms for pallets, corrugate, and business services.
Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and drive cost savings across a large addressable spend.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end procurement strategy across eight fulfillment centers.
Lead strategic RFPs and negotiate master service agreements.
Drive S&OP integration and forecast-driven procurement planning.
Develop on-site hourly team leadership and lean Kanban systems.
Govern vendor onboarding, invoicing controls, and approval workflows.
