Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Director of Procurement to own end-to-end sourcing for multi-site operations in the United States. You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with major suppliers, and drive cost savings across pallets, corrugated, business services, and facility supplies.

This role partners with Finance, Operations, and carriers to implement lean processes, S&OP integration, and vendor consolidation while building on-site teams and governance to deliver monthly savings KPIs.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and strategic procurement experience managing $25M+ in addressable spend.
• Experience negotiating pallets/corrugate and business services.
• Vendor consolidation and SLA governance experience.
• Experience integrating procurement into S&OP cadence.
• Leading distributed on-site hourly teams across multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay tools and vendor setup/invoicing controls.

Responsibilities

• Network Spend Ownership of $25M/year+ across 8 FC buildings.
• Lead the Q1 2027 pallet RFP with primary partners to secure pallets and corrugate at the lowest cost.
• Establish S&OP-driven pallet forecasts and carrier credit recovery programs.
• Direct on-site hourly teams and implement lean Kanban staging.
• Negotiate master service agreements and consolidate vendors for $17M in business services.
• Own procurement systems, vendor onboarding, and invoice reconciliation; deliver monthly savings KPIs.
