Super.com seeks a Director of Procurement to lead our end-to-end procurement function, spanning technology, SaaS, and professional services. You’ll set multi-year sourcing strategy, drive supplier negotiations, and scale workflows with automation and AI.

You’ll partner with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership to align procurement with strategic priorities, manage risk, and deliver measurable savings while building a high-performing team.

Formación

• 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• 3+ years leading procurement teams at director-level or equivalent
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop a multi-year procurement vision aligned to company priorities
• Lead supplier negotiations, bid processes, and contract renewals
• Drive total cost of ownership and spend analysis to uncover savings
• Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers and establish scorecards
• Rebuild procurement workflows, scale processes, and implement automation
