Job summary

Spreetail is seeking an operationally grounded Director of People Business Partnering – Supply Chain & Fulfillment to lead our HRBP team across the Fulfillment Center network. You will bridge people strategy with operational execution, ensuring teams are structured, staffed, and led to hit safety, throughput, quality, and unit-cost targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People leadership in high-volume, multi-site settings.
• 3+ years directly managing distributed field or site HR Partners.
• Experience in end-to-end workforce planning and shift scheduling.
• Ability to translate KPIs into talent and staffing solutions for senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% to fulfillment centers.
• Experience with wage/hour compliance and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong change management and organizational design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site People Business Partners embedded across the FC network.
• Advise VP of Supply Chain and GMs, translating KPIs into actionable staffing plans.
• Own workforce planning and labor modeling in coordination with Finance and Operations.
• Design FC org structures and leadership ladders across sites.
• Guide leadership through transformations, automation, and new facility launches.
• Develop succession and retention programs for frontline and management roles.
