Job summary

The position requires travel 50–75% and a strong track record in supply chain leadership, budgeting, and strategic program deployment in a complex logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of supply chain, business management or logistics experience.
• 3–5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to maximize team performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the network vision; align sites with the company strategy.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; manage expectations and communications.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and performance analysis.
• Monitor site KPIs; introduce measures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Travel to sites; build leadership presence and coach staff.
