Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or professional designations are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in fast-paced consulting environments.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to client offices.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice strategy, financial performance, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with FP&A and leadership to forecast performance.
• Lead staffing, utilization, headcount forecasting, and staff development.
• Oversee cross‑practice market initiatives and BD activities.
• Coordinate with HR and recruiting to align staffing.
• Communicate progress to leadership and board.
