Job summary

Thinkbrg is seeking a Director of Operations for the Health Analytics Practice to drive strategy, growth, and profitability. Based in Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, or Tampa, you will lead staffing, budgeting, and cross-practice initiatives while partnering with FP&A and executive leadership.

You will oversee senior staff, manage onboarding, performance reviews, and development, coordinate BD opportunities, and ensure effective communication across the ISP Community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of prior work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Ability to analyze financial information and build financial models for practice management initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and improve financial performance for the Health Analytics Practice.
• Collaborate with FP&A to track performance, forecasts, and profitability targets.
• Lead staffing, utilization, headcount forecasting, and staff development.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation.
• Develop budgets, fund requests, and cross-practice business development initiatives.
