Job summary

BRG Healthcare seeks a Director of Operations, Health Analytics Practice to drive strategy and financial performance. The role collaborates with FP&A and HAP leadership, aligning staffing, budgets, and BD initiatives across the firm.

Based in multiple major markets, including Tampa, the position requires a seasoned consultant mindset and strong communication, with travel to key offices as needed. The incumbent will oversee operations, staff development, and data management while representing HAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Ability to analyze financial information and build financial models for practice management initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to problem solve and think independently and outside-the-box.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a confident and clear communication style.
• Aptitude to develop insights and recommendations to business problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize changing work demands, and learn quickly.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Handle sensitive information and preserve confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work with HAP experts and senior staff to drive practice strategy and financial performance.
• Collaborate with FP&A to monitor performance and forecast revenue and margins.
• Act as a liaison between HAP leadership and VP-level stakeholders.
• Lead strategic initiatives including staffing, utilization management and headcount forecasting.
• Support business development budgets, funding requests, and cross‑practice BD opportunities.
• Improve internal communications to describe the practice’s progress and vision.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Participate in Managing Director summits and HAP meetings.
• Manage HAP operations staff and coordinators.
