Job summary

BRG Healthcare seeks a Director of Operations for the Health Analytics Practice to lead strategy, staffing, budgets, and cross‑practice initiatives. This role partners with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth across multiple offices in the United States.

The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, financial modeling expertise, and exceptional communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior work experience.
• Consulting environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice strategy, improve financial performance, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with FP&A to monitor financial performance.
• Liaise with HAP leadership and ISP Directors of Operations on staffing and performance reviews.
• Lead initiatives: staffing, headcount forecasting, learning and development, and data management.
• Manage HAP budgeting and funding requests.
• Coordinate BD opportunities and cross‑practice market initiatives.
• Improve internal communications about progress and vision to all practice members.
• Prepare agendas and updates for leadership and board.
