Job summary

BRG seeks a Director of Operations for the Health Analytics Practice, based in Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, or Tampa. You will guide strategy, improve financial performance, and drive revenue growth with senior leaders.

The role collaborates with FP&A and HAP leadership to forecast performance and optimize staffing and utilization across the practice. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in a fast-paced consulting environment, plus strong financial analysis and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA or CPA a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior work experience, preferably in fast-paced consulting.
• Ability to analyze financial information and build financial models for practice management.
• Ability to travel to offices with significant HAP staff presence in multiple cities.

Responsibilities

• Work with HAP experts and senior staff to drive strategy, improve financial performance and growth in revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with FP&A and HAP leadership to maintain rolling forecasting tools for performance.
• Act as a liaison between HAP leadership, ISP Operations Director, and VPs on staffing and utilization.
• Lead strategic initiatives including staffing, headcount forecasting, performance management, and data management.
• Manage other operational staff such as HAP operations managers and coordinators.
