Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees, and also be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

The role requires leadership excellence, strong knowledge of foodservice trends, and a proactive, forward-thinking stance to align dining services with the facility plan and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, cost controls, presentation.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day foodservice operations within the department.
