• The Director of New Development Operations is responsible for all aspects of our new development support operations, including escrow, billing, launch process, community tracking, and developer services.
• Works with the property managers, general managers, property developers, and third-party service providers on the oversight of phasing communities, while taking a lead role in operations surrounding builders and developers.
• Builds and manages teams effectively.
• Develops new development strategy under direction of the Vice President of New Project Development.
