Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC seeks a Director of New Development Operations to lead escrow, billing, and launch processes across multiple regions. You will collaborate with property managers, developers, and third-party providers to drive phasing and builder services.

Build and guide teams while shaping new development strategy under senior leadership. The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and strategic planning in a dynamic HOA-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and mentor staff in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising development-focused teams and coordinating with managers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Development Escrow and Launch teams to ensure quality and timely service.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and manage staff development and training.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and adherence to policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate with management to support new development management, phasing, and bond release programs.
• Ensure new development projects are properly set up for first closings, including document collection and reporting.
