Job summary

Minimum two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop New Development Escrow and Launch Teams.
Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and manage disciplinary actions.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Provide point of contact for builder/developer clients.
Oversee bond release program, document handling, and billing controls.
