L.A. Care Health Plan in Los Angeles seeks a Director, Provider Engagement to architect strategic partnerships with hospitals, health systems, IPAs, medical groups, and delegated entities.

You will design an enterprise-wide engagement model aligning priorities, quality goals, and financial constructs. You will translate data into executive insights, drive value-based care initiatives, oversee a high‑performing team, and represent the organization to boards and providers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading provider engagement in health plans or hospitals.
• Experience with value-based care, shared savings, capitation, and risk models.
• Experience presenting to Boards and negotiating multi-party partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead the provider engagement agenda with scalable operating models.
• Develop value-based programs and ensure clear attribution and benchmarks.
• Provide executive insights from financial, utilization, and quality data.
• Oversight of Medi-Cal, Medicare, DMHC, DHCS, CMS, NCQA requirements.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing engagement team.
