Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Director of Molecular Science Liaisons to establish and lead a national MSL team focused on communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians, scientists, and other stakeholders. The role emphasizes face-to-face education, data presentation, and collaboration with Sales, POA and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the MSL team.
• Provide recommendations on national staffing plans.
• Create and coordinate training and enablement plans for MSLs.
• Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
• Act as conduit between medical community and Caris Life Sciences to support patients and research.
