Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of work experience with steadily increasing responsibility.
• Experience designing, implementing, and leading knowledge management and learning strategies, including related interventions and programs.
• Experience in knowledge management and learning best practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement KM and learning strategy with success metrics.
• Lead change management initiatives across MO staff, IT, BD, and clients.
• Build, manage, and support KM and learning teams to drive strategy outcomes.
• Identify needs and lead build-out of IT systems to support KM/learning.
• Partner with HR and the firmwide L&D leader to align with firm strategies.
