Job Title: Knowledge Management & Education Lead

Contract Type: Full-Time (Average 32 hours/week through June 2026)

Location: mostly remote, some onsite/occasional meetings East Metro

Rate: $77.22 - $83.16 w2

Position Summary

The Knowledge Management & Education Lead is responsible for developing and executing the strategy, governance, and delivery of learning and knowledge‑sharing initiatives for ECM (Enterprise Change Management). This role ensures employees are equipped with the right tools, training, and knowledge to adopt new processes and behaviors, while providing leadership and support across multiple deployment waves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall strategy and governance for ECM knowledge management and education.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive content and knowledge management approach in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for content creation, organization, sharing, and retention.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify opportunities to leverage AI in knowledge management.
  • Conduct knowledge needs assessments and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through collaboration and accessible information.
  • Analyze user needs and design tailored KM and education strategies.
  • Develop education programs and resources that elevate the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to ensure education content aligns with functional scope.
  • Partner with Change & Alignment Leads to integrate behavioral and process changes into training materials.
  • Support deployment teams and build scalable education approaches for enterprise‑wide implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s or certification in instructional design/knowledge management preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in training, education, or knowledge management within large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and role‑based training.
  • Strong background in knowledge management frameworks, governance, and enabling tools.
  • Experience with Train‑the‑Trainer program design and delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate with BPOs, Change Leaders, and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate behavioral and process changes into educational materials to drive adoption.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to work effectively across enterprise and local teams.
  • Experience with ERP implementations and technology‑enabled transformation training.
  • Operations or manufacturing experience preferred.
