Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in North America is seeking a knowledgeable knowledge management professional to own the KM relationship for 3–4 business units and connect them to the global KM strategy and AI initiatives.

You will lead the design and refinement of KM processes, taxonomies, knowledge libraries, and search tools, partnering with KM services, technology, and other groups to maximize adoption and value across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a knowledge management role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in a professional services or consultancy firm.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day KM relationship for 3-4 North American business units.
• Coordinate with central KM team to extend KM adoption and value.
• Lead projects to build and refine KM processes and tools.
• Monitor and support KM processes and tools across units.
• Contribute to global KM strategy and initiatives.
• Identify KM trends and share best practices.
