Job summary

Arabella Advisors is seeking an Associate Director of Learning & Development for the Client Services Acceleration team in Washington, DC. This role focuses on building and delivering training, onboarding, and professional development content across advisory and nonprofit client services.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, a background in learning and development, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility, incl. 2+ years in a client services environment.
• Degree, certificate or related experience in learning & development, curriculum design, or adult learning is desirable.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to manage group dynamics.
• Experience leading learning initiatives and organizational development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver timely, relevant trainings to improve client service delivery.
• Own onboarding curriculum across teams and support cross-team onboarding improvements.
• Develop and manage content for team retreats and for a client service library.
• Manage workstreams across Advisory and MO projects and other internal tasks.
