Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks an experienced Director, Integrated Program Management to lead BA program management processes, tools, and training. You will drive strategic planning, governance, and execution excellence across the Mission Solutions and Technologies area.

You will mentor Program Managers and CAMs, align priorities with corporate policy, and ensure EVMS readiness while managing budgets, schedules, and performance for complex aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years in aerospace/defense program management.
• 7+ years as primary owner of cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex programs.
• Experience with CAM responsibilities and EVMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Program Managers and IPM staff to raise planning and execution maturity.
• Oversee program governance, risk/opportunity management, and holistic BA reporting.
• Coordinate with Corporate IPM, BA leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through standard processes, tools, and training.
