Job summary

You will lead teams, manage risks, and drive proposals from initial customer contact to contract award.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in aerospace/defense program management, with at least 3 years leading medium-scale projects and 5+ cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in Aerospace and Defense (A&D).
• 3+ years leading medium scale projects; scope 1–2 years; teams 5+ cross functional members.
• Experience evaluating proposals/quotes and preparing submissions.
• Experience managing a complex project or larger program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Program Integration Management for multiple complex projects and major systems, focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Supervise program staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead proposal tasks from first customer interaction through contract award.
• Identify, track, and resolve program issues and risks.
• Develop proposals and coordinate audits to meet constraints.
