Job summary

The Door in New York City is seeking a Director of Institutional Giving to lead the day-to-day operations of the Institutional Giving program. You will supervise three grant managers, manage timelines for proposals and reports, and grow a 30–40 funder portfolio to support The Door and Broome Street Academy—aiming for about $8 million in annual revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of institutional fundraising experience including foundation, corporate, and government grants.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Institutional Giving program.
