Responsibilities

• Own and steward a portfolio of institutional funders.
• Design tailored touchpoints to keep Fountain House visible to funders.
• Lead funder meetings and represent Fountain House in pitches.
• Coordinate site visits with prospects and partners.
• Develop cultivation plans to move prospects from initial contact to asks.
• Maintain knowledge of funder priorities and decision timelines.
• Supervise grant writers and ensure high-quality proposals and reports.
