Job summary

Together Credit Union seeks a Manager, Infrastructure Technology to lead the security, reliability, and modernization of our technology backbone. You will direct infrastructure services, operations, and vendor partnerships to support daily member and colleague needs while enabling growth.

You will collaborate with governance, risk, and IT teams to improve performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial services regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud computing environments.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership (supervisory) and/or informal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the infrastructure strategy, technology roadmap, and modernization initiatives to support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage governance, performance, availability, security, and scalability of infrastructure for reliable operations.
• Oversee evaluation, selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of infrastructure technologies and services.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies related to architecture, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and service delivery.
• Manage technology vendors, MSPs, and consulting partners, including contracts and performance oversight.
• Support infrastructure planning, budgeting, capacity management, and resource forecasting aligned with business needs.
• Identify and address infrastructure risks, gaps, and performance issues through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee infrastructure-related projects and asset management for ongoing performance.
• Coordinate priorities and service delivery across technology teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions align with current and future business needs and strategy.
