Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a technical emphasis; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and operations leadership.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in network, compute, storage, and cloud in hybrid environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Experience in regulated financial services with audits and compliance.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IT infrastructure strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee design, implementation, and lifecycle management of infrastructure platforms (on-prem, hybrid cloud), network, compute, storage, UC.
• Direct and manage infrastructure teams; ensure staffing, skills development, and performance.
• Partner with Information Security to implement security frameworks; own patching, vulnerability remediation, and configuration governance.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans; manage DR/BCP testing.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; optimize TCO.
• Establish governance, standards, and metrics for infrastructure; drive service excellence.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, performance, and partnerships within policy.
• Build strong relationships with IT/business leaders to align capabilities with evolving needs.
• Leverage AI/ML-enabled operations, automation, and cloud-native services to modernize infrastructure.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management; participate in major incident response.
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across IT ops.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support growth and advancement.
