Job summary

Rimkus seeks a Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Enterprise Infrastructure to own security, resilience, and technical foundations across the technology estate. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, set architecture standards, and drive modernization in a client-focused, private-equity-backed environment.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong IAM, cloud strategy, and proactive risk management across acquisitions, with a focus on governance, compliance, and secure transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity/IT field required and 12+ years IT experience with 8+ in cybersecurity.
• Proven leadership of enterprise cybersecurity programs across multi-site and international operations.
• Experience leading technology and cybersecurity workstreams in M&A contexts (pre-close and post-close).
• Ability to translate diligence findings into quantified integration costs and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise cybersecurity strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead security governance, risk management, and audit programs with executive reporting.
• Oversee IAM (Entra ID), MFA, and zero-trust initiatives across hybrid environments.
• Direct SIEM/EDR operations, incident response, and tabletop exercises.
• Manage Cloud & Enterprise Infrastructure, data protection, and backup continuity.
• Lead Day 1 readiness and post‑close integration for acquired environments.
