Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise indirect procurement and category management. The role partners with Finance, IT, and Operations to develop strategies that optimize cost, risk, and supplier performance while enabling organizational growth.

Leaders will oversee governance, supplier relationships, and transformation initiatives, shaping procurement excellence across the enterprise and advancing our mission to Bringing Care To Life for patients and partners alike.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement/sourcing teams.
• Experience managing enterprise‑wide indirect spend programs, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformational procurement initiatives and enterprise value creation.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement technology, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute indirect procurement strategy aligned with organizational objectives and financial targets.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, supplier strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead governance, savings, and performance metrics across indirect spend categories.
• Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other leaders to support budgeting and long‑term planning.
• Establish and lead supplier relationship programs and executive reviews.
• Drive procurement transformation through digital tools, analytics, and process improvements.
