Job summary

RapidSOS is seeking a Director of Implementation Engineering to lead our enterprise B2B implementation team, driving scalable, code‑first integrations across 250+ enterprise partners. This hands‑on leadership role keeps you close to the technical work while guiding the team toward an AI‑forward delivery style.

You will mentor engineers, establish technical standards, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to accelerate deployments and improve onboarding velocity and

Qualifications

8+ years in engineering, sales/solutions/implementation engineering, including 3+ years leading technical teams.
Experience with large enterprise customers and post-sales implementations.
Proficiency configuring REST APIs and using Python for integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Implementation Engineering team and drive transformation to a code-and-repo-based, AI-forward delivery model.
Own delivery for 250+ enterprise partners ensuring Voice AI, call routing, and emergency service integrations scale.
Write code, architect integration solutions, and troubleshoot alongside the team.
