Job summary

All-Well-Being-Services seeks a Director of IDD Services to provide strategic leadership for its Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities programs in Detroit. You will oversee quality, compliance, budgeting, and collaboration with funders and partners to improve outcomes for persons served.

A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field is required, with at least three years in a clinical leadership role serving individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, IDD leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
• Direct, coach, and support IDD staff and supervisors.
• Establish program goals, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve service quality and client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, accreditation, and funder requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance, utilization management, and corrective action planning for IDD programs.
• Monitor EMR compliance, billing integrity, and service authorization processes.
• Develop, administer, and monitor program budgets in collaboration with Finance.
• Participate in strategic planning and program development.
