This role requires strategic leadership, ensuring regulatory readiness, staff supervision, and partnership development with families and funding agencies. The successful candidate will champion person-centered planning and continuous quality improvement across all residential programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IDD or disability services.
• Prior leadership experience in human services.
• Knowledge of Indiana BDDS regulations, Medicaid Waiver programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Passion for advocating and improving quality of life for individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of all IDD service programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (BDDS, FSSA).
• Lead and supervise program staff including DSPs.
• Develop and manage program budgets and resources.
• Build relationships with families, partners, and funding agencies.
• Monitor quality assurance and drive continuous improvement.
• Advocate for person-centered planning.
• Ensure documentation compliance across residential programs.
• Provide strategic regulatory readiness and survey preparation.
• Analyze data to identify service enhancements and efficiency gains.
• Promote accountability and culture of continuous quality improvement.
