Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Corporate Card Programs within the CFO Organization. The role focuses on optimizing Amex and P-Card programs, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and cost savings through analytics.

The candidate will drive innovation through AI-enabled financial processes, while managing risk and developing a high-performing team across Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR.

Qualifications

• 8+ years negotiating vendor agreements and managing strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Experience integrating AI technologies to boost productivity while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong SAP Concur administration experience, including integrations and reporting.
• Extensive experience managing American Express corporate card programs and Amex tools.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Procurement, Finance, IT and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the firm’s American Express Corporate Card and P-Card programs as primary relationship owner.
• Negotiate contracts, rebates, and service agreements with external partners.
• Oversee card operations, policy governance, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation.
• Manage integrations between Amex, SAP Concur and internal systems for reporting.
• Drive payment innovation through virtual cards, automation, and data analytics.
• Develop team members and foster a culture of excellence and governance of AI-enabled processes.
• Uphold integrity and professional standards within the organization.
