Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Director, Corporate Card to develop, communicate and execute a sustainable card strategy that drives growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the bank’s Corporate Card business.

The director will oversee card sales, onboarding, portfolio growth, client experience, risk governance, and efficiency, setting the long-term vision for purchasing, travel and entertainment, virtual cards, embedded payments, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years' experience in corporate card or related consulting with leadership responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of corporate card, industry trends and competitor programs.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate card strategy in alignment with business and Treasury objectives.
• Leverage industry knowledge to strengthen competitive positioning while managing risk.
• Lead sales initiatives that grow revenue and expand client relationships.
• Partner with bankers and treasury teams to overcome challenges and support growth.
• Drive profitability through spend growth, utilization, and client retention strategies.
• Optimize pricing, rebates, and revenue opportunities to enhance program performance.
• Analyze results, communicate key insights, and lead a high-performing team.
