Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years supply chain management within energy, chemicals, or resources sector.
• Proven track record leading large-scale supply chain operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and tools; ability to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Supply Chain teams, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Project Delivery to develop integrated supply chain strategies.
• Lead supply chain initiatives for EPC and EPCM projects.
• Participate in bid and proposal development for strategic supply chain solutions.
• Oversee governance and execution of supply chain processes across Worley projects in the region.
• Analyze prime contracts and troubleshoot supply chain challenges.
