Job summary
Labcorp is seeking a Director, Enterprise Oncology & Diagnostics Strategic Initiatives to partner with the SVP and senior leaders across Oncology, Diagnostics Medical Affairs, Clinical Effectiveness, and related functions. You will translate enterprise priorities into coordinated action, shape strategic plans, and drive execution across a complex matrix organization.
The role requires strong business judgment, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech, consulting, or related field with senior stakeholder leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning leaders across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and translate enterprise priorities into executable strategies and roadmaps.
- Partner with finance to create budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Integrate medical affairs, clinical effectiveness, and market access into strategic decisions.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and present executive briefs for senior leaders.
