Labcorp is seeking a Director of Product Management for Emerging Segments to lead portfolio strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management in a fast-moving diagnostics environment. You will align R&D, Operations, and Market Access with a focus on growth, margins, and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 or more years’ experience in product management or portfolio strategy in Diagnostics, Pharma or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
• Apply disease-domain expertise, regulatory insight, and business acumen to advance adoption and profitability.
• Monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive developments to inform portfolio direction.
• Lead development of product business cases, including market sizing, growth projections, total cost estimation, and functional requirements.
• Serve as the commercial representative for assigned products across teams.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand capabilities and revenue streams.
• Represent the product vision to partners and internal teams.
• Partner with Marketing to support differentiation and thought leadership.
• Lead and ensure operational readiness for product launches and acquisitions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate portfolio analysis, planning, and execution.
