Job summary
Labcorp is seeking a Director, Enterprise Oncology & Diagnostics Strategy to lead strategic priorities across Oncology, Diagnostics Medical Affairs, and Clinical Effectiveness from Durham, NC. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, investments, and measurable outcomes.
The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, financial acumen, and experience collaborating with executive teams to drive enterprise value and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of progressive leadership in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the SVP to develop and execute strategic priorities across Enterprise Oncology, Diagnostics Medical Affairs, and Clinical Effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams, align priorities, and drive enterprise value creation.
- Develop executive-level presentations, decision briefs, and business cases for senior leadership.
- Monitor performance indicators and support budgeting, headcount, and investments.
