Job summary

WAI GLOBAL is seeking a Director, AI Automation to lead the enterprise AI automation capability onsite in the United States. You will own the use-case pipeline, prioritization, workflow standards, adoption, value measurement, and governance across business functions.

The role partners with finance, customer service, supply chain, HR, and IT to deliver practical AI-enabled workflows that boost productivity, quality, speed, decision-making, and customer experience while maintaining appropriate

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business transformation and automation.
Proven experience leading enterprise AI automation initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Experience building or scaling a transformation program or automation program.

Responsibilities

Lead WAI's AI automation program, including intake, prioritization, roadmap, governance, adoption, and ROI tracking.
Partner with leaders across functions to identify high-value AI opportunities.
Create repeatable operating model for AI automation with templates, scoring, and readiness criteria.
Lead discovery workshops and design sessions with process owners and business teams.
Prioritize opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, data readiness, and impact.
Coordinate with IT and AI resources on architecture, data access, security, and production readiness.
