Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Management or related environments.
• Experience leading Solution Architecture teams or senior enterprise architect roles.
• Proven track record modernizing legacy enterprise applications and migrating to modern cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience migrating UIs, REST APIs, middleware, and SaaS applications into AWS cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in designing cloud-native applications using AWS (Azure a plus).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API architecture, distributed systems, security, scalability, and resiliency.
• Experience developing architecture roadmaps and governing enterprise technology standards.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, IaC, and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, databases, and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, data services, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive application modernization initiatives and cloud-native transformations.
• Oversee migration of enterprise applications and SaaS platforms into AWS environments with a focus on security and reliability.
• Design enterprise solutions using cloud-native services, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and executives to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices across the software lifecycle.
• Provide leadership on modernization, security, resiliency, disaster recovery, and enterprise integration.
• Review designs, specs, and plans; guide engineering teams through delivery.
• Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud engineering best practices across the organization.
