Job summary

Naadam seeks a Senior Director of Demand and Supply Planning to lead end-to-end planning across E-commerce, Wholesale, Retail, Amazon, and more. You will translate strategy into integrated financial, demand, inventory, and promotional plans to drive profitable growth and optimize working capital.

Reporting to the COO, you will partner across Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will build processes, tools, and team capabilities, lead high-impact reviews, and own the planning inputs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of planning experience in fashion/retail/consumer goods.
Experience leading planning teams and multi-channel environments.
Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Set vision and cadence for planning, aligning with growth, profitability, cash flow and inventory objectives.
Model assortment scenarios with Merchandising and Marketing to drive growth and margins.
Own demand planning across channels and translate into production and purchase commitments.
Lead supply planning, align factory capacity with demand and manage inventory availability.
Drive Open-to-Buy targets by channel and optimize margin and velocity.
Develop rolling forecasts and scenario models for rapid re-forecasting.
